The Inward Journey
June 28th 6pm
Designed to guide you gently inward, this experience offers a break from external noise and an invitation to connect more deeply with yourself. As you listen, your brain may naturally shift through various brain wave states, from alert beta into slower alpha and theta waves, which are associated with relaxation, creativity, and deep meditation. These frequencies can help regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and support emotional release. This isn’t just an auditory experience, it’s a full-body immersion into stillness, awareness, and healing.

Sleep: A Workshop & Yoga Nidra
July 15th 6pm
In a world that rarely slows down, deep rest can feel out of reach. This is a calming and informative workshop invites you to reconnect with your relationship with rest. Together, we’ll explore how much sleep the body truly needs, common signs of imbalance, and the effects of stress, lifestyle, and sleep disruptions on overall well-being. You’ll also learn practical, supportive tools to improve sleep hygiene and cultivate habits that promote more easeful, restorative nights. The experience will gently transition into a deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra: a guided meditation often called “yogic sleep.” While the body rests in stillness, the mind is guided into a state between waking and sleeping, where profound relaxation and healing can occur. This practice helps calm the nervous system, release accumulated tension, and invite a sense of peace that supports deeper, more natural sleep. Leave feeling grounded, restored, and equipped with simple tools to support your rest, both on and off the mat. This experience is intended for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the guidance of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding your health or a medical condition.
