Sleep

June 7th 4pm

In a world that rarely slows down, deep rest can feel out of reach. This is a calming and informative workshop invites you to reconnect with your relationship with rest. Together, we’ll explore how much sleep the body truly needs, common signs of imbalance, and the effects of stress, lifestyle, and sleep disruptions on overall well-being. You’ll also learn practical, supportive tools to improve sleep hygiene and cultivate habits that promote more easeful, restorative nights. The experience will gently transition into a deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra: a guided meditation often called “yogic sleep.” While the body rests in stillness, the mind is guided into a state between waking and sleeping, where profound relaxation and healing can occur. This practice helps calm the nervous system, release accumulated tension, and invite a sense of peace that supports deeper, more natural sleep. Leave feeling grounded, restored, and equipped with simple tools to support your rest, both on and off the mat. This experience is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

Women's Ways Circle

June 13th 1pm

Woman’s Circles have existed throughout history to create community, share insights and stories, promote healing, and empower women of all ages. The circle symbolizes the World, Nature, and women’s cycles. Gathering in circle reminds us that everyone within it is equal. The Women’s Ways Circle was created by Lorraine Simone, aka Deep Arrow Woman, founder of Moonfire Meeting House and the Women’s Ways Mystery School, to spread the healing power of ceremony and holding space while others share their truths and experiences. Through these gatherings, women gain insights into their own truths, their own life’s journey, and the oneness of all life. $25 donation 100% of Circle Fees goes to support local, national, and international women organizations and humanization causes such as: Women for Women International, UNIFEM, The Retreat, World Vision, WWF, Doctors Without Borders, KIVA, and Unchained At Last. Inward Journey.jpeg

The Inward Journey

Sunday June 28th

Designed to guide you gently inward, this experience offers a break from external noise and an invitation to connect more deeply with yourself. As you listen, your brain may naturally shift through various brain wave states, from alert beta into slower alpha and theta waves, which are associated with relaxation, creativity, and deep meditation. These frequencies can help regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and support emotional release. This isn’t just an auditory experience, it’s a full-body immersion into stillness, awareness, and healing.

Somatic Practices

Sunday June 14th 2pm

This somatic workshop is designed to be simple, accessible, and welcoming to all. No prior experience needed. It’s an invitation to pause, listen deeply to your body, and rediscover the quiet wisdom within. Join Sara for an experiential journey exploring how posture, sensation, and awareness shape the way we move through life. Through guided practices, you’ll begin to notice subtle shifts, build embodied awareness, and leave with practical tools you can return to again and again. The body holds an incredible capacity for healing. When we learn to tune in and work with it, rather than against it, we open the door to greater ease, resilience, and balance. In this workshop, you’ll be guided through gentle, experiential exercises inspired by Somatic Experiencing (SE), a body-based approach developed by Peter Levine to support healing from stress and trauma. Come as you are, and leave feeling more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself. Join Sara to learn:  3 somatic skills to listen to your body and calm your mind.  What interoception is, how to cultivate it, and how it creates an opening for a calm mind.   This workshop will be experiential and conversational. No experience needed, just an open mind and curiosity.   Please bring your own mug for tea.
