Sound & Vibration Sanctuary
Sept 12th 1pm
Come explore sound and vibration as a healing medium with this offering of the soothing and beautiful sounds of Himalayan Singing Bowls using Atma Buti method sound techniques. You will be gently guided to rest allowing yourself to move towards relaxation. The vibration of the singing bowls will start to re-organize any disorganized energy that has accumulated from stress and tension. When we are stressed and overwhelmed we cannot function at our optimum. Himalayan Singing bowls offer sound and vibration that act as a tuning mechanism to re-align our vibrational harmony. You will leave this experience feeling centered and whole, attuned to your signature vibratory frequency so you can live in the fullest expression of your physical, spiritual and mental health.

The Living Song:
A Vocal Performance Workshop
Sept 24th thru Oct 27th
The Living Song develops the whole performer. Alongside traditional technique, breath, pitch, tone, register, singers build stage presence, persona, microphone craft, physical expression, and emotive phrasing. It runs as a group, because performance is relational, and perception is just as important as intention.

And above all, you will learn how to get out of your own way, and sing like you mean it. WHAT THE AFTERNOON HOLDS Breath & Sound Circle - A diaphragmatic breathing exercise coupled with group sound exploration. Lyric Delivery Roulette - A playful exercise in line delivery that opens up a range of possibilities and performance horizons. The Inward Journey
Sept 20th 6pm
Designed to guide you gently inward, this experience offers a break from external noise and an invitation to connect more deeply with yourself. As you listen, your brain may naturally shift through various brain wave states, from alert beta into slower alpha and theta waves, which are associated with relaxation, creativity, and deep meditation. These frequencies can help regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and support emotional release. This isn’t just an auditory experience, it’s a full-body immersion into stillness, awareness, and healing.

Women's Ways Circle
Oct 10th 1pm
Woman’s Circles have existed throughout history to create community, share insights and stories, promote healing, and empower women of all ages. The circle symbolizes the World, Nature, and women’s cycles. Gathering in circle reminds us that everyone within it is equal. The Women’s Ways Circle was created by Lorraine Simone, aka Deep Arrow Woman, founder of Moonfire Meeting House and the Women’s Ways Mystery School, to spread the healing power of ceremony and holding space while others share their truths and experiences. Through these gatherings, women gain insights into their own truths, their own life’s journey, and the oneness of all life. $25 donation 100% of Circle Fees goes to support local, national, and international women organizations and humanization causes such as: Women for Women International, UNIFEM, The Retreat, World Vision, WWF, Doctors Without Borders, KIVA, and Unchained At Last.
