We offer a variety of classes and events focused on movement, mindfulness, breath awareness, meditation, creative expression and mantra, all with personalized attention in a nurturing environment.

Classes
Deep Stretch
A Yin yoga class. Holding poses, mostly on the floor for longer than usual to get into deep tissue.
Pilates
Kirtan
This mat-based Pilates class focuses on core strength, posture, and full-body alignment. Through controlled movements and mindful breathwork, you’ll build stability, increase flexibility, and improve overall body awareness.
Using mantra, rhythm, and voice, we come together to sing sacred sounds that quiet the mind and open the heart.
Practice Level 1-2
Breathwork
It caters to those who have a basic understanding of yoga poses and principles but are ready to start exploring more challenging variations and sequences. Modifications are offered for beginners while introducing intermediate elements to encourage growth and progression.
Practice using your breath as a tool for relaxation, awareness, and well-being.
Restorative
A gentle, deeply relaxing practice designed to help you slow down and truly rest. Using supportive props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, you’ll settle into comfortable poses that allow the body to soften and the nervous system to unwind. There is no strain or effort—just an invitation to relax, breathe, and receive. This class is ideal if you’re feeling tired, stressed, or simply in need of quiet time. Restorative Yoga supports healing, reduces tension, and leaves you feeling grounded, calm, and renewed. No prior yoga experience is needed—just come as you are and allow yourself to be supported.
Open Level Vinyasa
This class is an all-levels vinyasa class designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class offers a balance of grounding and growth. We’ll move through an intentional, flowing sequence at a steady pace, linking breath with movement to create a meditative experience. Beginners will feel supported with accessible variations, while experienced yogis can explore deeper expressions of the poses to elevate their practice.
Yoga Nidra
Vin & Yin
Yoga Nidra uses rotation of consciousness, breath awareness, visualization and other techniques to take the practitioner to the hypnagogic state, the brain state where your consciousness is between being awake and being asleep.
