Deep Stretch

A Hybrid Yin class. Holding poses, mostly on the floor for longer than ususal to get into deep tissue.

Gentle Chair

Designed to enhance your range of motion while promoting mindfulness and relaxation. This gentle and accessible practice is perfect for all levels, especially those who may have mobility challenges or prefer a supportive environment. Join us and experience the joy of yoga in a supportive community!

Gentle Yoga

A blend of slow flow sequences, down-regulation practices, and mindfulness techniques to create a nurturing space for relaxation and rejuvenation. This class is designed for all levels, making it the perfect opportunity to unwind and reconnect with your body and breath.

A class designed to cultivate strength, stability, and mindfulness through slower flowing movements. In this session, we will focus on connecting breath with gentle transitions, allowing each pose to unfold with intention and grace.

A dynamic yoga class that blends Vinyasa flow with intuitive movement. This class encourages you to connect with your body's natural rhythms, allowing for a fluid practice of creative transitions.

Classes

Practice Level 1

A beginner friendly class designed to introduce foundational yoga poses, basic alignment principles. Ideal for those NEW to yoga or anyone looking to refresh their practice.

Practice Level 1-2

It caters to those who have a basic understanding of yoga poses and principles but are ready to start exploring more challenging variations and sequences. Modifications are offered for beginners while introducing intermediate elements to encourage growth and progression.

Yoga Nidra uses rotation of consciousness, breath awareness, visualization and other techniques to take the practitioner to the hypnagogic state, the brain state where your consciousness is between being awake and being asleep.
