Inward Journey Sound Escape

The Inward Journey is a meditative and ceremonial journey inward through breathwork, medicine songs, prayer, and sound healing.

We begin by slowing down the mind and reconnecting with the body through breath and awareness. From there, we journey toward the heart through medicine songs, songs offered as prayer, reflection, and invitations to connect with something deeper within ourselves and with the Divine.

The experience then unfolds into sound healing, allowing the vibrations of singing bowls and other instruments to create space for stillness, reflection, and deep listening.

Tea may be shared as part of the experience. You are also welcome to bring flowers, a small offering, or anything meaningful you'd like to place on the altar. There is no right way to participate, come as you are, and make the experience as sacred and personal as you'd like.
